Provides the flexibility of organizing your channels, phone numbers, IVRs and Extensions in to multiple trunks.

Provides for multiple auto attendants, sales, support and other queues so you can organize your call flow to best suit your needs. We provide standardized professional recordings and can coordinate the production of custom professional recordings as well. Queue call handling includes call allocation and distribution options, music on hold, call recording and additional options.

Our PBX supports Cisco, Polycom, YeaLink, Grandstream, Aastra, SNOM and most other SIP/IP Phones and ATAs. You can purchase your own phones or ATAs and we will assist you in auto-provisioning them to your PBX or you may contract with us to purchase and configure your phones for you.

Our PBX supports x-lite, Bria, gloCom and almost all Windows, Apple, Linux, IOS and Android SIP softphones that are not customized to other PBX systems or VoIP Carriers.

You can connect to your PBX with any industry standard mobile or desktop softphone, business class IP phones or via remote access from your mobile or landline phone. Extension to extension dialing is fully supported as well as call parking, call transfer and call forwarding to mobile and landline phones.

We work with you to customize your call routing configuration to meet your needs. Hours of operation, fail over routing to mobile and landlines phones, Auto Attendant, sophisticated Call Queuing, Directory Listings, Centralized Voicemail boxes as well as many other routing options are available. Extension to Extension short dialing is fully supported including routing to mobile phones and landlines, do not disturb, call recording and call screening.

Conferencing capabilities are included. You can create multiple dedicated conferencing extensions with direct phone number access or acces via extensions. Voicemails for extensions or centralized voicemails by department are supposted with automatically email notification. Inbound Fax is also supported.

Once you have registered your phones as an Authorized Number, Geils' system will recognize your number when you call in and allow you to call around the world from your mobile or landline phone at the price of a VoIP call. A call can be completed by dialing any one of Geils' Access Numbers, then dial the number you want to reach when prompted. We provide you with standard Music for Music on hold but you may add any recordings you like including your own music files or sales and support messages for your customers. You may provide your own recordings or contract with us to have your messages professionally recorded.

Your PBX is hosted in the Cloud with multiple node support. If you lose connectivity at your location you can dynamically reroute your calls to landlines and mobile phones. If you are not available your system will continue to operate providing your inbound callers with call answering and messaging options.

We provide professionally recorded IVR messages, Voice Mail and other prompts. If you want custom prompts you may record them yourself and we will install them in your system or you can contract us to have them recorded for you. Professional custom prompts are typically $40-$50 a prompt depending on the length of the recording.

Answer a call when you are already on the telephone. When you hear the Call Waiting tone, just press the flash button on your telephone and you will be connected to the second caller. Press the flash button again to switch between callers.

See the identity of the caller (if available) before you answer the telephone. You can choose not to answer or you can send the call to voice mail. You just need to provide the Caller ID equipped telephone or display equipment.

Use this feature when you and two other people want to talk. Dial the first number. When you are connected, press the "Flash " button on your telephone and dial the second number. Press the * button when the second party answers and all three parties will be connected. Press the * button again and you will drop the second caller. Hang up to end the call. Per-minute charges may apply, depending on your plan.

Geils® now automatically includes enhanced emergency calling service with every VoIP plan. When you dial 9-1-1, Geils® automatically routes your telephone number and address information to emergency dispatch operators. Learn how to activate and use Geils®'s E911 service. *Note: There is a $1.50 monthly charge for E911 service.

Log into your account. Choose "Your Lines" from the left side menu. Click "Change" next to the line you want to change the call forwarding status for. Type in the number you would like to have your calls forwarded to. To turn off Call Forwarding, simply remove the number from the "New Destination Number" section. Please note that it can take up to 15 minutes for your changes to take effect.

This feature helps stop those annoying calls from telemarketers and anyone else who blocks their Caller ID. Callers will hear a busy tone and your telephone will not even ring. You activate this powerful feature by dialing * 7 7. To deactivate, dial * 8 7.

This feature lets you return a call you missed even if you do not know the number. Just dial * 6 9 before receiving another call to automatically dial your last caller.

When you're in a meeting or just need a little peace and quiet, this feature automatically sends all your calls to Voice Mail. To activate, dial * 7 8. To deactivate, dial * 7 9.

With this option you can store up to eight of your most frequently called numbers. For each number you want to store, dial * 7 4, then the code associated with that number (2-9), then the number, followed by #. Listen for the confirmation tone. To call your stored numbers, dial the code, followed by #. Per-minute charges may apply, depending on your plan.

Use this feature to prevent your Caller ID from appearing on Caller ID equipment or Caller ID equipped telephones. Just dial * 6 7 before placing your call. Caller ID will be restored when you hang up.

With Geils® VoIP, you will have more control over handling your messages. Retrieve your messages, change your password or change your greeting anytime from any touchtone telephone. Or, you can check your messages online, using any Internet connection and a web browser. With just a click of the mouse, you will have the convenience of checking your messages anywhere in the world.
